The Trough Bar and Grill

The atmosphere is nice. The drinks were just okay. We had the garlic parm and mushroom burger. It wasn't great we ended up only eating about half. We also had the trough fries. Loaded fries are a go to for us, and these were also just okay. The beer battered tenders were dry and not good. The best part of these fries was the nacho cheese that was on top. Nacho cheese goodness. I will have to say though that our waitress was attentive and very nice. Overall it was just an okay place to try.

I can't say enough good things about this fantastic eatery. I am a local resident of Hot Springs and I have dined here on several occasions. This place is the best for quality of food and price. It is not an extensive menu but frankly that's what you like when you want to stop in for a good meal. I would give the Trough 10 stars if I could! Jessica is the owner and she is devoted To the fine service for her customers. Jade is her bar keep and both women once again do a fantastic job.

Best burger in Bath Row!! (I’ve tried several!) So tasty. Our fries initially came out a little high on the crispy scale, and without even asking we were brought some fresh ones. we really appreciate that! Staff was great, food was tasty, and I loved being able to just hang and play shuffleboard after for a bit.

Stopped in for brunch today. Though we have been here many evenings, this was our first time for brunch. I'm telling you now, run, don't walk, next Sunday for the brunch. We had an orange pineapple mimossa and a Kentucky coffee. We orderd the hangover burger with hand cut fries. The service was amazing...and the food was out of this world. Highly recommend.

We love to play shuffle board here. We've been coming here for it for a couple years. This was the first time we tried the good under the new ownership.

The chicken sandwich was pretty good. Wings had good flavor. The onion rings had a good crunch and flavor but could use bigger onions.

All in all we love the atmosphere and location.
