Excellent experience. We assumed this would be a good restaurant but it exceeded expectations. The hosts from the start helped when we asked about an earlier seating than our reservation. Chef Andrew came out to speak with us about special vegetarian options which he curated from scratch off menu. He even delivered our plates personally. Mitch our waiter was beyond professional and educated us on the food and wine menu while being perfectly available but not hovering. The food, wow, excellent. Looking forward to coming back.

5 star experience all the way around. This is our second visit and both times we really enjoyed it. We've had Mitch and Evan to serve us and they both provided top notch service. I had the 6 oz filet which was perfect, my wife had the shrimp & grits (pictured) and both times we loved it. This time we tried the BBQ shrimp for an appetizer which was great. The rolls are the best we've ever had. No way to explain you just have to try if you haven't been! See yall again soon! Thank you again for 5 star dining experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great atmosphere and food! We had an excellent experience at Vault! From walking in the door until we left, we were taken care of by not only Mitch, our server, but the whole staff. Chef and Front of House manager both came and checked/talked with us! The food was well worth every penny. We will be back each time we visit Hot Springs!

Excellent service by a knowledgeable, skilled and creative bartender, Madi. It was entertaining to watch her create and present the cocktails. The food was excellent. I recommend the French Onion Soup, Cheese Tray and Beet Salad. The decor is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable. The lighting is perfectly low, but not too dark. I recommend both the Heist and The Vault.

Really cool place. Sat at the bar for dinner. The bartenders were fantastic! Great service and very nice and funny. The food was great but those black truffle yeast rolls had my heart! Best rolls I've ever had. Highly recommend but probably should get reservation.
