Heights Taco & Tamale Co.

The resturant is easy to find in the Heights area. The atmosphere is for a younger crowd so expect it to be noisy and on a wait when arriving during peak hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is alright but their appetizer menu is better. The guacamole is very good and recommended highly. They also have a full bar and seating there as well. I really enjoyed my experience here.

I enjoy coming here. The place is clean and the food is good. I freeze in here so if you're sensitive to the cold, bring a jacket. Our server, Olivia, was sweet and efficient. My husband and I shared the tamale pie and the ribeye steak fajitas. We couldn't finish it all. Love their homemade chips and tortillas!

I am full!!! Great little place in a great neighborhood. Had the two taco plate with rice and pinto beans. They had a great selection of tacos 🌮 and the best part is they let you mix and match. Just a heads up up but if you order a beer and the glass looks 3/4 filled don't worry they fill the glass from a can (which i i would rather have anyway). As far as apps go, go with the chili cheese dip! Sooo good!

Really good cheese dip! The tacos were great too. Cucumber tomato salad and rice were both delicious! I’d definitely get the cheese dip again. Very nice flavor and texture. The service was also very friendly and they accommodate large groups well. So a great place for work lunches!

I can’t speak highly about this place. I went with a coworker, both of our first times trying it. We really enjoyed our server. She was kind and have helpful recommendations and had a very fun personality. The food was also SO GOOD. But the best was pairing it with the happy hour drinks! 12/10 will be back! Prob this week!
