    So, they were actually closed, when a friend and I arrived, to check it out, but we were able to get smells and views of the food the prepped that day. The environment was interesting, despite an auto dealership being the view from the windows. It's a place that has a lot of interior space, for the number kf tables, so it feels larger but less cozy than many places. There was a bit of a hollow feeling, despite lots of people and activity.

    Really nice people. If you are looking for meal prep, and better eating options... check this place out.
    There is also a gym.

    Marie is so sweet. I have to get granola every time I'm in town. Her muffins are divine and I dream of Turkey Mac & Cheese lol.

    Incredible breakfast and lunch spot. Health focused and very generous prices/portions. Been eating here for 14 yrs, never disappoints!
