Waffle House

Service was good. I know it is a diner but there was too much angry slamming of dishes the whole time. So much I could feel it in my back. I can deal with that but the bacon tasted like fish. This was Maumelle Blvd.

Man, normally I don’t leave reviews for restaurants.. but I really gotta hand it to my guy Cam, the new second shift supervisor; first off.. that man can throw down in that kitchen. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and knows how to take a joke! Not only that but every time I go in and I see he’s working, I already know my experience is going to be next level. As someone who’s been eating Waffle House for a long time, it’s just really nice to see someone really enjoy what they do.

We stopped coming to this location because of the bad customer service. Like unheard of kind. They would say they weren’t taking any orders during shift change and that it would be 30-45min wait…. When not a souls was in there… but NOW
The last 3 visits have been so pleasant, the food has been cooked to perfection and the customer service has done a complete 180. The asst manager Cam has a calm spirit and is making sure it is running smoothly . If he sees something that needs to be done, he is doing it to help. We enjoy our visits back to Waffle House. Thank you. Praying they can keep this crew.

Definitely have great experiences every time I come in on second shift, Meche and Cam are by far the friendliest and most personable people I've had the pleasure of interacting with at a waffle house. My expectations are blown out of the water every time. Stay blessed y'all!
