This is our preferred bowling alley. Plenty of decent lanes and balls. Seems like an overall well kept facility. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was nice.
Trying to book a party was difficult. The website said I was booked but did not ask for a specific starting time, just the date. I called and spoke with several people, ranging from having no information or idea how to host the party to management who didn’t seem to be interested.
Left the conversation agreeing to speak in person when I arrived. I arrived two hours early to try to finalize the details but the counter staff didn’t know anything about my party reservation. I went ahead and reserved the bowling lanes and I was told the manager would come see me once he arrived, to finalize the party’s food that was pre booked two days earlier. The manager never came and when I asked the staff about my party’s booking one hour before they arrived, they still didn’t have any knowledge of it. Mind you, I booked it online two days prior and called and spoke to the manager the next day.
At this time I decided to just order all of the food for 20 people from the concession stand. The food was good, especially the wings but I felt that almost $5 for the small amount of fries was a little disappointing.
If we could have finalized the actual party booking, MB would have increased the dollar amount of our purchases and the experience for the party would have been better. We still had a good time though.
I never knew I never knew the place was even there. Ayania"s 14th birthday. cake was the bomb bowling is fun food and music was great threw my back out plus lost my game to a two-year-old time for me to find a new hobby LOL. can't wait to see 50 years old 5 months to go..
We went to a kids morning birthday party here. I was surprised how busy it was for the early hour, but the party was off to the side so we weren't affected by the crowd. The kids bowled for an hour (they all had a great time, and the younger ones loved rolling the ball down the ramp) and there was someone there assisting us the whole time. She also set up the party room, so there was a smooth transition from bowling to cake and gifts.
Alleys were clean, employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was really cool with the arcades and pool tables. The bathrooms were also clean, and it was a nice touch to have a separate bathroom for parties (although it smelled smoky). I can't speak to the prices since we just attended the party.
I've seen plenty of reviews on here mentioning high prices, overcrowding, lanes breaking down, and rude staff, but that wasn't our experience at all for our first visit. Our kids are looking forward to returning!
