What a great location. Secluded in a little corner of beauty. Private mini lake with trees lining the entire property. There is a great deck overlooking the water feature. The space inside is well spaced for quiet private table experiences. Prices higher than one might expect but private intimate tables and topshelf wait staff. The food was also top shelf. We dinned on the tomahawk steak prepared to perfection. Perfect temperature, juicy, tender, and one of the best meals we had in a long time. Why only four stars, limited menu. I would have liked to see a few more items on the menu.

I was taken here for Valentine’s Day. This was my second time here and they did not disappoint! Their Valentine’s menu was short with limited options but the options were GREAT! They also offered a wine pairing with the meal which I took full advantage of and I’m glad I did. It was WONDERFUL. Everything was flavorful and our waiter was awesome! I don’t remember his name but he has long hair that was pulled back into a ponytail with gages in his ear and black fingernails. Look for him! He will make sure you have a pleasant experience.

Will not lie to you, I was wondering if this place would live up to all the hype. I was absolutely blown away by the magnificent flavor of everything we ordered, including drinks! Absolutely phenomenal. 11/10 recommend. My new favorite restaurant. My husband will ground me from trying to spend all of our money at this place. Beware, you will be an addict after your first visit! If they happen to have the New York strip when you go (it was a special) GET IT. Thank me later. Actually, thank them. Thank them for that glorious goodness. Okay, I’ll shut up now. 😜😂

This was the best meal I have had in a long time. The food and drinks were amazing. We were really impressed and glad we tried this place. However, after ordering appetizer and drinks we lost our waitress. She picked up a party of 20 ( at least ) Our drinks went dry it took forever to just order our entrees then I don't think she put them in before she took drink orders and rearranged the patio for the big party. We wanted to order dessert but we were there for almost 2 hours total sitting in uncomfortable chairs at that point. I had to actually get up twice before the check was paid because the bar style chairs were making my short legs fall asleep. The waitress kept apologizing but when you spend a hundred dollars for a meal you should be given adequate service. We waited 22 minutes with empty plates in front of us just for a check. The whole meal ended up being very frustrating. We visited on a Thursday and arrived around 545 and didn't think it would of been so chaotic. The food could be put up against any I've had in Nola even but unless you have great patience and more than 2 hours if you want dessert save yourself some frustration. I didn't get a pic of my husband's dinner. He had some type of red fish I think.

I'll start with the positives. Our server was OUTSTANDING. Her name was Camille and she was on top of our every need all night. We had a party of 5 with lots of apps and drinks along with our entrees. The beef tamales are good, the cornbread was also good. My peach frozen drink tasted great and everyone at my table liked their drinks.

The corn fritter (with shrimp added) was good. The collards that came with the corn fritter were excellent. Hush puppies were solid. The fried green tomatoes were very bland. And the part that really made me sad was the catfish. I love fried catfish, but this had that weird taste that I always describe as "swamp water." I wanted to like it. I really did. But, I would be willing to go back to try other dishes. I would absolutely get the corn fritters again, and I'd like to try the dessert menu some time. So while it was not the best, I'd go back to try other things. Just not the catfish.
