Friendly staff worked as a group to get orders out. Loved my Egg Benedict pizza.
I love the revitalization of downtown Benton! This is located right next to Baja grill.
Firstly, My review is simply regarding the restaurant itself, i I did not visit the axe throwing area. The menu is very simple gastropub fair. Pizza and sandwiches are the mainstays.
Every employee was more than helpful, attentive, and prompt. I had questions on some of the draft beers and the waitress was able to answer them.
The I had the club and I definitely enjoyed every bite. Loads of flavor, and not overpriced. The pretzel also had a good texture and was not over cooked. My gf liked her turkey sandwich but said it was a bit dry.
All said, the interior is simple & unfussy, just like the menu. The beer was good and cold, the food was delicious and fairly priced, service was good. I can definitely recommend this place and I do plan to return!
All of our food was delicious! The pretzel was perfect. We also enjoyed the live music.
Wow, cool place. I stopped by for Saturday brunch and was blown away by the overall ambiance. Don't get me wrong, the facility has kind of a faux-dive bar feel, but the overall experience totally works. Let me do this in sections....
The food: I ordered the Meats Brunch Bowl and it was very tasty and filling. The mix of eggs, ham, bacon, tater tots and cheese was better than I expected (and come on, with that combination the expectations were pretty high). I'm a big eater, and this was almost too much for me. :)
The beers: A nice selection of draft beers. They had 2 stouts on tap as well as about 10 other taps. Several of the beers were Arkansas made but they also had a couple of imports.
The Staff: Amazing! They were very friendly, fast and kept my glass full. When I asked for recommendations, the waitress was very helpful - she knew the beers on tap and made a great recommendation and pointed me at the Brunch Bowl. Unlike a lot of places, the bartender was proactive and even kept an eye on patrons (like me) not sitting at the bar.
Entertainment: Honestly, I didn't expect any entertainment on a Saturday afternoon, but boy was I surprised! While not a violin fan, the young lady playing in the corner was amazing. She played a selection of music I recognized (some rock, some more classical) and was a really nice addition to my overall experience.
Summary: Give this restaurant a shot! Looks like they have a pretty good happy hour too. Highly recommended!
