There's one time I got 3 fingers out of 6 are really small, I placed my order around 9PM. I hope they will make the size of the fingers consistent. Price is just okay.”

“The best Olive Garden I've been to thus far in my lifetime. Britta my waitress for today and she was and is AWESOME. Any issue we had at our table she was on it to correct. She was helpful, patient, and attentive to our every need. Then there is the manager James who personally went to the back to remake an order which was not right. You are talking about above and beyond, he didn't have to do it but he did. BRAVO ZULU James These two made our day so much better considering the circumstances we came into the restaurant. If you want to be treated like a royal family then this is a MUST STOP restaurant. Hands down Best restaurant in Fort Smith. The food is great also. In others it's a win win for the customers. “First of all the service was very good. Then when you look at a menu and see pictures maybe I'm silly but I expect the food to come looking something like the picture I was enticed to order. Especially when they say that is really good everyone here loves this so we ordered it and surprisingly it actually came out looking the closest I've ever had to what the picture was on the menu. It was good it was their house special that they had a promotion for. The other items that we ordered were hamburgers and another special and they all came out really very good. So we were with this lunch. Which nowadays is really hard to find sometimes you get up and go I just spent $60 for lunch for us and I'm really not happy when I leave but this time we are all full and happy so I recommend Applebee's at least that one”

It was not my blend of flavors and it was a lot different than other Mexican restaurants and the portion seemed rather small. However my experience was pleasant. Tony the manager has great energy. “Fun place. Village Inn has a bit of a ' chain restaurant, but still had a warm atmosphere with a unique charm of it's own. The staff is warm, friendly and seem genuine. The menu is typical, with a large group emphasis leaning towards it's breakfast menu. Great looking pies there. The parking is good and.it is WAY easy to find. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area the Fort Smith area.”

“This is in my opinion the best place to grab a burger in Fort Smith. The burgers taste amazing. The staff is always friendly and willing to fix any mistake no questions asked. The store is always clean and presentable. You even get to watch them make the food. I got a sandwich the other day and well my wife did, but when it got to me it was made wrong. She called and told them about the mistake. They said no worries come by and we can fix it. They didn't ask for any receipt or the first sandwich back. They were so courteous like an old fashion diner use to be. They have some of the best customer service in the city. You people have got to stop in if you haven't already.”

“This is a GREAT McAlister's location. Despite the fact that they are on the main road through Fort Smith, across from a major hospital and in the heart of miles of large and small businesses, this place keeps a very high standard. The same menu item that was very unappealing at another location was fantastic here. Everything is fantastic here. Soups are hot, salads are fresh, sandwiches are great. The baked potatoes are massive, desserts are delicious, they're always adding something new or seasonal to the menu and they have the best iced tea with nice large cups to take out. The staff is very attentive and polite, the premises are always clean and even when it's full, you never have to wait very long for your order to be brought to your table.”

“What a kind hearted establishment! Upon ordering a burger, some confusion arose as of they had an issue with the grill or preparation of the burgers. I had originally ordered a whopper meal. Therefore, I ordered a chicken sandwich so I could at least get something to eat instead of waiting. I wait. A few minutes later the cashier arrives again to inform me the whopper meat is ready but the chicken is not. So after this situation of flip flop, I order my whopper meal. In conclusion to this novel of a review, the kind-hearted cashier unconditionally paid for the meal, and, therefore I received a meal for free due to the inconvenience. At least there are some good people in this world. I give five stars due to a delicious meal and quality and handling of service.”

“Food tastes great and all but the 'meals' are too small! I have to eat 2-3 containers to get full. Most of the people who have a demand for this kind of service are going to be weight lifters/athletes, people who eat for size, strength and performance and we require more food. I'm eating at least $11 worth of food to get full and I might as well go out to eat if I'm going to pay $11-14 just to get full. It's only a matter of time before someone else takes this idea for their own and makes it better. However I think this is a great idea and all but if y'all could double your portions at least, I would definitely, without a doubt give you my repeat business even if you had to bump the price up a dollar or two. this was supposed to be for the Bentonville location you guys just opened up but they did not have their location on Google. If y'all do decide to step it up, please advertise it because I will definitely come back and I bet some of the people who feel the same way me would come back also. Thanks!”

“I love the food here, always have. Service is always fast. I think most times waitresses/waiters are over attentive, crowding what is supposed to be relaxing & enjoyable. This adds to stress, when in a conversation or family moment, to be interuppted with can I take your plate, or are you finished, etc... We don't like this. Relax be there for us, not in our space. “Me and my wife both visited a while back. So things might be different now. I think I ordered fish and chips and my wife the fish tacos. Food was pretty good. The place was pretty busy so service seemed overwhelmed a bit. The biggest thing was the live performance. We were really excited about it at first because it was a nice change of pace for a small city. However the performer wasnt great and was way too loud. To the point of being disruptive. My wife and I agreed that we would return again after the hype dies down a bit to give the place a fair chance. So good food and the place was decorated nicely and seemed homey. However; slow kitchen, scarce service, and music was too loud. If memory serves me right the prices were comparable to Olive Garden/Red Lobster.”
