“Cicis is usually our "easy lunch" choice when we go to Fort Smith. The staff is always friendly when you go in and walk through. The buffet is usually well stocked. We like the variety for us and the kids, plus they'll make whatever you request if it isn't already out. It is cleaner than many places, and the man that keeps the tables and everything clean and tidy is very nice as well!”

Dislikes server was very slow never refilled my drink I believe the manager finally came by and refilled my drink. Oscillating every return back other than to get the check. Also wee bit pricier than I like. But overall the experience is nice staff was polite and the food was great would recommend hopefully just get a different waiter.”

There's one time I got 3 fingers out of 6 are really small, I placed my order around 9PM. I hope they will make the size of the fingers consistent. Price is just okay.”

“The best Olive Garden I've been to thus far in my lifetime. Britta my waitress for today and she was and is AWESOME. Any issue we had at our table she was on it to correct. She was helpful, patient, and attentive to our every need. Then there is the manager James who personally went to the back to remake an order which was not right. You are talking about above and beyond, he didn't have to do it but he did. BRAVO ZULU James These two made our day so much better considering the circumstances we came into the restaurant. If you want to be treated like a royal family then this is a MUST STOP restaurant. Hands down Best restaurant in Fort Smith. The food is great also. In others it's a win win for the customers. “This is in my opinion the best place to grab a burger in Fort Smith. The burgers taste amazing. The staff is always friendly and willing to fix any mistake no questions asked. The store is always clean and presentable. You even get to watch them make the food. I got a sandwich the other day and well my wife did, but when it got to me it was made wrong. She called and told them about the mistake. They said no worries come by and we can fix it. They didn't ask for any receipt or the first sandwich back. They were so courteous like an old fashion diner use to be. They have some of the best customer service in the city. You people have got to stop in if you haven't already.”

“Food tastes great and all but the 'meals' are too small! I have to eat 2-3 containers to get full. Most of the people who have a demand for this kind of service are going to be weight lifters/athletes, people who eat for size, strength and performance and we require more food. I'm eating at least $11 worth of food to get full and I might as well go out to eat if I'm going to pay $11-14 just to get full. It's only a matter of time before someone else takes this idea for their own and makes it better. However I think this is a great idea and all but if y'all could double your portions at least, I would definitely, without a doubt give you my repeat business even if you had to bump the price up a dollar or two. this was supposed to be for the Bentonville location you guys just opened up but they did not have their location on Google. If y'all do decide to step it up, please advertise it because I will definitely come back and I bet some of the people who feel the same way me would come back also. Thanks!”

“On Grand Avenue location I’d would like to give kudos to Alonzo for great customer service at the drive thru window. I pulled up to the window not knowing if I could order or just pick up. Alonzo was working the window and advised I could place an order and how could he help me. He was extremely patient, soothing voice and had a great smile on his face even in 90 degree weather. This is what will make you return to a location. Haven’t received my order yet but I’m sure it will delicious. Good job sir, you’ll go far with a that great attitude.”

And whenever my sister orders ranch they don't ever deliver it.it's gotten to the point where I have to ask the driver as soon as they get there if they have my saucer or not because I am sick of it. I really like the pizza so I continued to go there. And really love the sauce with my wings.but I would appreciate it if your drivers would be more attentive to what they're grabbing. my sister ordered a pizza and ended up getting nothing but breadsticks and having to wait and a hour to get what she originally ordered . I only complaint is that they don't pay attention .”
