“The food was really great. I had the fried cat fish, which was fried perfectly. We also had the chicken tenders, which were very tender and fluffy. The two were also very flavorful. It really helped being that the whole interior is newly renovated. This made for a great atmosphere. I will go out of my way next time I am in the area because the experience is worth it.”

“There is occasionally that visit to a restaurant that stands out above the rest. I’m not sure if the management team was manning the fort or if this store is just a well oiled machine. From the minute I walked in the reception area was clean and inviting. The man with the headset that would normally be taking care of drive-through took my order because there was someone in front of me at the cash register. He did it quickly and I was paying with my credit card ,my food was up in the window before we finished the process. This means that the person on the line in the kitchen was listening so they can get a jump on the order. That was impressive. The food came out quick very very quick almost light speed. The food was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. I picked up my food and walked to the dining area and chose a booth. Made my drink and went to the restroom to wash my hands. The restroom was spotless and clean. The dining room was spotless and clean. Something else I love about Captain D’s is you can get your catch-up and condiments from a pump dispenser into a dish. I absolutely hate tearing open little packets of ketchup. At Captain D’s you don’t have to do that. I enjoyed my meal and left. I highly recommend Captain D’s of Searcy. I don’t eat fish every day, but when I do it will be Captain D’s seafood restaurant.”

“The pizzas are TINY. A medium is the size of the usual small. Putting it in the middle of a medium box and theres 2-3"s of space all the way around. We ordered 2 medium single toppings and it was 21$, got there to pick it up and there special was 2 large single toppings for $20, wouldve been nice of they wouldve offered that over the phone. Not somewhere I will frequent.”

“The staff was nice. The place seems a little mismatched. The food though wasn't the best. I got the hibachi chicken and the chicken was just kind of flavorless? Even with extra yumyum it just felt dry. The rice/veggies were okay. Their gyoza was really good. The miso soup tasted like the little packets you can buy at Walmart. My friend like the Ramen though! Definitely needs improvements on the way they cook some food. It seems like some things are really good and some things are just bad. I probably won't come back to eat myself.”

“We order from here ALOT. Tonite we made 2 trips to get the correct order, and paid the extra $8 for them to get it right the 2nd trip there. The food is awful! Definately not what we expected. The food taste BURNT. I am highly not satisfied with the $ paid out, food so awful we wont eat it (dog not interested in it either!) and im headed to my kitchen to prepare dinner anyway. Im about to call and let them know and see what they offer to do about it.....stay tuned UPDATE...I called and at first they were not happy, and they have every right to be upset about an dissatisfied customer! But after explaining the owner, im assuming, got on the phone with me and requested that i bring back whats left for a full refund so he could find out whats wrong before any other customers are equally dissatisfied with the food. Thats what i wouldve done to prevent anyone else writing a bad review!! Perfect resolution!!”
