Fried chicken sandwich is amazing. Super flavorful and crispy, and the spicy one is definitely a little better since it packs more flavor and isn't too spicy. There is a good amount of seating and it's a nice chic setting. The curly fries are also quite good although for 2.5 may not be worth it. Would recommend overall though!
I've been looking for options of to-go food to bring into ball games. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was great. Simple, didn't fall apart, and still had plenty of flavor. Their chicken was moist and juicy. It was spicy enough to be set apart as spicy, but no where near enough to grab a glass of water. The curly fries were average, as you could find anywhere. The price was slightly more than average I would think, but won't stop me from coming back.
I love fried chicken sandwiches and I love the Bird. Hands down the best fried chicken sandwich in the Bay Area. (They taste even better than the SF location for some reason.) And quite affordable as well!! The regular sandwich is great, but if you have an appetite for spicy, the spicy fried chicken sandwich is even better. I frequent this spot almost every other Weekend for a quick lunch and I haven't been disappointed even once!
I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was really good. Nice take on a fried chicken sandwich with fresh ingredients and great flavor. My girl had the loaded curly fries which were good as well with all of the sour cream and nacho cheese.
Great chicken biscuit. Great curly fries. The only thing I didn't love was the sauce on the biscuit. It wasn't bad, but it's better to just keep it simple.
