Asian fusion korean food conveniently located downtown Berkeley. Good for students on a budget who wants something different than what they're used to. The drill is to pay first then be given a number stand. I remember they used to have real plates and bowls on display, but not no more. Pictures of dishes doesn't necessarily have the complete actual details of how it would really look like once you order it. One of my pet peeve is wobbly tables at restaurant. I ended up spilling a third of liquid from soup and water tumbler. Food came quickly and fresh, but I was never check on after that. Grilled mackerel taste good, but was too salty. Had the option of white or brown rice no extra charge so I went with brown. Rest of plate were slices of orange, scoop of potato salad, iceberg lettuce salad. Just average eats here as smiles and service save them.

My trip to Crunch began as a mistake. After leaving a bar and craving pizza so badly it was worth the trip (with a DD of course) we went looking, but ended up finding out the place we wanted to go to was shut for the night. After getting some directions from a surprisingly helpful homeless man, we wandered around the corner and stumbled upon Crunch (not the place we were looking for, even the second time). All that being said, once the chicken came out I was glad we didn't go somewhere else. The Soy Garlic chicken was juicy and crispy all at once, and left you satisfied yet still wanting more all at once. The chicken was so good I came back a second time less than two days later with another group of friends, and was just as happy to eat it then.
