I first noticed this place (coming soon) with flat screen showing reruns of freshly cook dishes. The previous business was a vegan place, but it was short-lived just couple of months. Hoping that they would open before I head back home to summerlin, but that chance never came. Now that I'm back during pandemic (until nevada reopen) I causally made my way there knowing what's in store for me since I study menu prior to going. The layout is somewhat the same fresh coat of paint clean and organized dining walls adorn with plaques and certificates. Service is friendly eager to process your order only one girl doing packing contactless order. Not a whole lot of noise from kitchen is what scare me, but I'm willing to give it a go as I'm hungry AF.

I got marinated shrimp and beef noodle roll and beef stew noodle soup. Drove home under ten minutes and it was still steamy hot though condensation was least of my worry. Noodle roll is really fresh, it started to tear when lifted, but the shrimp are nice size and plump have that shimpy taste. The beef were tender though not the usual brown color seem like meat tenderizer was apply, but edible. Nevertheless, it's pretty good. If you want a roll with two different protein, this is the roll to try it has land and sea. Beef stew noodle soup was delicious, the aroma (gnow bok yip) brought back memories. It was tender not chewy lot's of connective tissue on every bite and if that was enough, a sip of natural juice yield slivers of fresh ginger and that's when you know its legit stuff. The noodles were good, but it's just standard chinese egg noodles mostly use for won ton soup dishes. In the end, I have a set of plastic takeout containers, too much plastic. If they have yuenyeung (milktea/coffee) I would be here every afternoon if I'm around bay area.

This is the best place that you can have for rice roll, beef stew noodle, and authentic Cantonese dishes. I grew up in Canton, and I miss so much about the food I had. This place really offers the exact same type of nice dishes with friendly and efficient services. Thanks Yin Ji Chang Fen, now you will have a regular happy customer!

Food is great and comfort. The best chang fen I have so far in Bay Area. People working there are very nice. Price is good. Under 15 dollar can get you a decent meal for lunch or dinner.
