“Service was quick. Appears to be family owned. Informal dining. Always wanted to try it due the large Chinese Lions from the street. Food was acceptable, and maybe to a Chinese pallet exceptional. Although pieces were in larger than bite size chunks, which was helpful for this novice chop sticks user. Forks were provided too. Had an Exceptionally diverse menu, classic aka quintessential English as 2nd language menu. Manager as well as waitress ask if everything was acceptable. Looked like half their Friday evening business was take out.”

This trip however my grandson ordered the chicken sandwich without tomatoes but they put Tomatoes all the food on on the food anyway. They need to listen to people's orders so it would be correct the very first time. Young people tend not to listen closely a training should be done so they know how to work with customers and have accurate orders for field. The Personnel taken and serving the order is very nice kindness means a lot to me and she certainly displayed it.”

“Ordered a crispy veggies with plum sauce for appetizers, pad kee Mao veggie and panang and tofu as entrees. Crispy veggies were deep fried with batter. Both entrees were bit too spicy for medium level. But they tasted good. Quantity was more than we expected. There is enough seating and has a nice ambience. Service could have been better. There was only one lady helping everyone. Later as it got crowded, other lady started taking orders. Overall, it was a nice experience and we would like to go there again.”

Their prices are reasonable, and while it is counter service only, the service you do get from staff at the Fremont Blaze location is friendly and efficient. Just one small problem: You can order ahead in the app, but when we did so you seeing a huge line, our order took half an hour longer than the app promised. We would have been better off staying in line.”

“I don't actually like burgers and fries that much, but when I do want a burger, In-N-Out is my to-go place. It's fast, it's fresh, and it's tasty. Sometimes it's not so fast if you go during lunch hours, but the food is good! There are so many varieties (what I mean by this is the secret menu). I've tried the animal fries but I don't think they're worth it. I usually order a cheeseburger with grilled whole onion and chili peppers. As a side note, if you say grilled onion, they dice the onion and grill it which is less tasty than the normal-sized onion but grilled. The flavor isn't as strong as a raw onion, but it's still onion-y. I usually get fries or a milkshake, and you can ask for your fries to be well done (crispier than usual). They're normally fine though. I like how they don't really salt the fries and let you do it yourself, because oftentimes fries get too much salt put on them. The burgers are really tasty, and the sauce is really good (and they don't put too much either). Anyway, I know In-N-Out is overhyped by people, but it's good nonetheless. This location gets crowded during lunch and you may have to wait for a table, but if you come on off-hours you'll probably get a table quickly.”
