Jack in the Box

It is ok for picking-up Jack-in-the-box food when in the area. Service takes a little patience at times. Luckily, there are many options in the area for fast-food and casual dining! Parking can be a challenge during the weekends. Located in the same plaza as Lion Market, it is convenient.

I go to this Jack in the Box often for Doordash and as a hungry late night early am customer. Open 24hours. Day or night this Jack in the Box always double checks orders and provides professional service. For those eating on a budget, eating for two and have internet access do the survey on the receipt. Buy one Jumbo Jack or Breakfast croissant get one free.

I cruised through the drive thru here for a shake and didn't have my phone with me so I asked the guy for some directions because I wasn't from the area. He was super cool and gave me detailed directions and even wrote them down for me. I very much so appreciated that.

The food was like any other Jack in the Box. The restaurant itself as not up to par. The dining area had many napkins, straw wrappers, what appeared to be streamers along with other misc. thrash on the floors. The area in front of the soda dispenser had what seemed like dried soda syrup in front of it, but really looked like dried blood (I'm sure it wasn't). The bathroom has some trash around the urinal. Fluids around the floor of the urinal and no have drier or paper dispenser. You could see the anchors where it used to be. There was toilet paper on the floor of the stall. Even the trash can outside the restaurant was overflowing with thrash. Literally.

The staff seemed busy and not quite customer service oriented. The young man that was at the register while I was still deciding what to order was busy on a personal phone call, then after he hung up said, "I can help you now." That didn't bother me too much as I wasn't ready and I told him so. The young lady the took my order did so adequately. Food was served promptly enough.
