Amazing experience.

This place is MAGICAL. There are people who cook delicious food and people who cook delicious food with love. Chef Elmy is the latter. He greeted us with a big smile as soon as we arrived. There's a sign on the truck that says "We love you, therefore we stopped selling pop", and other signs explaining in details why he only uses fresh and non-processed ingredients. Many of the ingredients are organic as well.

We ordered the chef's specialty, which includes a salad appetizer with mango sauce over it, four falafels, two dolmas (grape leaves), some rice-y thing, and some lentil-based food (my apologies for the lack of familiarity with the Mediterranean cuisine). It was only $10 for two of us!! There may have been a discount because the menu says it's $14. My friend and I left a tip because the food was too amazing! Later we decided to order more falafel and dolmas, and instead of falafels, we got 6 dolmas and many fruits back. Elmy said that it's bad for our body to eat too many falafels, so he replaced the falafels with fruits covered in mango sauce, and the same rice-y lentil-y thing.

I have also been blessed by Elmy's food during a capoeira event. He catered us 40-60 people. The food was mindblowing. Many of the people at the event were touched by his love.
