Flipside is a great local burger shop. While their specialty is undoubtedly burgers / fries (curly is my preference), they also have some chicken strip / salad options for vegetarians.

I usually go for the Hangover (fried egg, American cheese, bacon, french fries, and tabasco mayo) with two substitutions: 1) cheddar cheese instead of American and 2) chipotle mayo instead of tabasco. Try it your way or mine, and enjoy!

They can make burgers rare which is the best and hard to find places willing to do so. Delicious food and shakes.

Love their shakes, burgers, BLTs, fries and real batter onion rings. Lived off Lakeshore for years and was a regular patron from their opening until moving away. Just returned to the area and quality plus service held up.

Brought our visiting Brazilian family back since they always talk about the shakes! Yum!

Small but vibrant burger joint. Good Burgers and Fries. The milkshakes were really outstanding. They also have a lot of variation in milkshake flavors. they're one of the few places where the flavor of the milkshake comes from the ice cream and not from syrup, and that makes a big difference in taste.
