    Eating at the Lede is like having dinner at home with good friends. Everyone is so nice. You're comfortable and feel welcome... BUT the best part, is you aren't making dinner, dinner is being made by the world class chef Cal Paternell. YES! Cal, thank you for coming to Oakland! The changing menu never disappoints, the quality of the food outstanding and the price reasonable.

    Such a great experience! The menu changes daily which is great. The drinks were creative and tasty. The portion sizes were perfect and the food was great. Yes you order at the counter, but the service was ordering and after was phenomenal. The space is also nicely done (it's in the old Pacific Coast Brewing Co), casual and comfortable.

    Amazing ambiance, just out of this world tasty and simple food. The service is very nice and the ginger beer is homemade. The crunchy salad is to die for- we basically inhaled it. There are good vegetarian options! definitely worth a try!

    Amazing food. Laid back place. Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Full bar.
