Cafe de Hey Hey

Saw the grand opening sign outside for a new restaurant that replaced Shabu House before it. Ordered the dry noodles (with soup) and their popular chicken and duck dishes; both poultries were tender and full of flavor. I especially liked the ever so slightly spicy/sour/vineger sauce for dipping for the duck. My only dig was the amount of time it took for the duck to arrive (20+ min) due to running out of supply and to reboiling again, as mentioned by the waiter. Given this is a new place I'd give it a pass, hence the one star minus. Waiters are really nice however, apoligizing for the long wait time. Will be trying this again later once they've got the rhythmn down.
