    Love that they opened up a location in San Leandro. Delicious drinks! Really fun spot.

    So happy this place showed up in San Leandro! I loved the Hayward location, this one does not disappoint. The McLovin sandwich is a perfect marriage of spice and savoriness with the Chipotle mayo, peppery sausage patty and gooey cheese (I got cheddar). My partner in crime enjoyed his medium roast coffee (no frills for him). He looks forward to trying the cold brew next. That fact that he wants to come again means Hippies Brew has won over my coffee connoisseur. I ordered the peppermint mocha, blended. My sweet tooth is dying so I requested 25% sweet and no mocha drizzle. I actually love that they put actual peppermint leaves in the drink! It added to the earthiness of it all and did not distract from the coffee flavor.

    My new favorite spot. Can't wait to bring others.

    Peppermint mocha is so good. Great coffee with whipped cream and fresh mint👍🏻
