“I eat at very many Jack in the Box locations and this one is a little rough in comparison. There are tons of homeless outside (it is downtown Chico though. You can't get your own drink because the drink machine is behind the counter. If you need to use the restroom they have to buzz you in and if they are busy they may not realize you are about to wet yourself. The food is good though and the day staff is usually great. Beware of going in the evening.”

“I freaking love this place! The deals are amazing and the pizza is always on point. The one time there was a small issue (forgot hot sauce on the chicken buffalo) I simply left a comment in the Tell Us How We Did section. Within half an hour of getting my order I was called by the manager and told that I would get half off my next Pizza! So they clearly pay attention to their feed back and that's something I can appreciate. Also since I always get delivery I want to say that their drivers are always super respectful and polite. 10/10 recommend to everyone Delivery drivers are also super cute”

Salsa bar normally has little plastic cups w/lids for salsa for your order- had to ask for container for salsa. It was 2:30 in the afternoon- lunch rush was done, dinner rush was hours off.”
