“Adore this place! It is so much fun, we find great surprises every time and stock up on basics at great prices. My kids love it, they ask to visit every time we are in town. It’s great for supplementing a picnic: make your sandos or main dish at home then swing by for snacks, drinks and treats on the way to your adventure. It’s also great for when you just need a couple of items and you’re in a rush. Park right in front, you’re in and out in under 5 min.”

“Favourite stop for us when we go out for a drive in the area of Copperopolis. The store has always been neat and clean, with loads of snacks and easy access to everything I'd need. Wide array of snacks and drinks, gas pumps are easy to get to and the prices seem normally quite reasonable. They tend the outside quite well also, regularly cleaning it and keeping the trash bins emptied out and under control.”

“My family and I brought some friends to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We had the loaded fries for our appetizer. The appetizer was amazing. The shaved prime rib on the fries was perfect! We all ordered the same dinner. We had the dry-aged pork chop (2 inches thick!), with the best tasting garlic whipped potatoes, broccolini on a bed of arugula. The best part? My wife was able to bring a bottle of wine from home to the table. No corking fee! Awesome! Well done!”

“Kind staff, menu that you can understand, tasty looking specials, along with seasonal dishes. Count me in! I tried the Beef BBQ Sandwich with a Blueberry Chipotle sauce. Absolutely delicious. My lady tried the Pork Belly bites, the wine grapes really add to the dish and make the pork just pop in flavor. While talking to the cook he mentioned that just one group can wipe out their stock of cooked beef and that takes 16 hours to make, so he will keep menu items that won't require long cook times and that are delicious still. I highly recommend this restaurant! I'll be making this one of my regular stops. Thank you for some of if not the best BBQ up here.”

“Food is farm to table and is fresh and wonderful. The tomato soup was tasty and had a nice texture which I like better than a cream soup. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and very tender, with bacon wrapped around it. The pasta was cooked just the way I like it, not so el dente or over cooked and the sauce was light and fresh and the dish had a lot of prawns. The owners are friendly and very accommodating and the staff was also very nice. Ambience was charming. The reason we spent more per person than average is because we both enjoy our wines which they had a nice choice of. We highly recommend.”
