“The last 2 times I’ve ordered a mobile order, Ive had to wait well beyond the time period that it was supposed to be ready. First time was 30 min beyond the time frame and this time just 6 min beyond the end of time frame …and it wasnt busy either time. Lattes are good but plan ahead and allow more time than they say if ordering on the mobile app.”

“it's 8:30am on a Monday the drive thru is expectedly busy so no need to bother with that. Inside is very clean and nice but who's shocked by that since it's only been open for 5 days. The nice blonde girl at the register (arm tat) was very nice to me. She held a very light conversation with a smile on her face and took my order relatively quick. I got a Vanilla Latte, A Bacon sausage wrap, and a lemon pound cake because I feel guilty for skipping the gym this morning. My order came out in 2min no issues, the nice lady who served it to me brought it directly to me at my table and even offered me extra siracha... she didn't have to because she already put some in my bag, but she did because she's like... really sweet. I see the manager letting people know who are waiting, someone will be right with them... all of this is just basic standard good customer service. Big thanks to the crew for my breakfast... now off to the gym 😭”

“The Best thing about this place is the Boba. Excellent Boba. The inside is rather nice, and staff is friendly. The Chicken and Octopus Balls not up to par. Much better chicken in Concord with the same or similar flavors, especially for the price. Octopus Balls had zero flavor and just tasted like mush. The chicken was over breaded and the flavors aren't memorable.”

“THIS PLACE IS RESERVATION ONLY! We didn't see that before we came out from Oakland. However, the owner happened to be there and took us in anyway. The teas were delicious and fresh. The food was all hand made and absolutely wonderful. It's a set menu, but everything was so good you wouldn't want it any other way. There is a play place for kids and many teas that are caffeine free. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back again soon with more guests!”

“For a McDonald's it was clean, nice. It can get back up a little just based the the volume of customer. It has a modern children's play place and for the most part seem like one of the better McDonald's around the area. The area itself is a little stretchy although Concord has done some improvements to the area to help keep the homeless down to a minimum ( about 10 years ago there were quite a few homeless people in the area sleeping and asking for money).”

Coffee... You either like it or you don't. East coasters swear by it! Peet's is a better choice. But, coffee and donuts do go great together! ???? Espresso drinks are hit and miss.
