Black Angus Steakhouse

Very SLOW Service and when I ordered Mash Potatoes NOT Once did our waitress tell Us they have NO gravy for the mash potatoes, .No bread was served until after our appetizer was finished. Very small portion for the dollar amount, for all 3 meals, that were not cheap. Cold Tea was refilled with no ice, no sugar, no lemon, just poured. And then we got the bill WAY before our dessert came. The Bathrooms Both, can use a good scrubbing and Updated, old piping.. restaurant was empty.. Black Angus needs to be relook at..

The restaurant didn't smell very good. The food and the waitress were good (much improved since my last visit) but the wait after we were seated and ordered was too long. 2 hours for dinner service is a bit much.

Dinner was amazing. The prime rib was enormous. My salad plate was chilled. The brussel sprouts were beautifully sauteed. My beer was big and cold. Excellent service from Andrew. Our first time there, and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

They have the best deals on steak and seafood all of the time of which I love. I waited so long for this particular location to reopen and I left sort of disappointed. Service was great there I must say. I definitely left a tip. Once my steak and lobster came out I could immediately smell the lobster before it even reached the table which often isn’t a good sign. The guy politely took my plate back and offered me an alternative choice of food from the menu of which I am grateful for. I’ve been going to Black Angus for years and that just may be my only bad food experience there to be honest.

Our first visit was pretty good other then the hostess she was not very polite. Other then that some of the food was good. I say that because three of us ordered steak and one of us ordered pasta. The pasta was very good, but the steak??? One out of the three steak was cooked perfectly. The other 2 was not so good. I don't like taking my food back once it's on the table cause I don't know what they will do to it all because of a small complaint. Our second visit ( to give it another chance) the staff was very friendly, but our food??? Yup it was just not good at all. Our steaks were not cooked to our liking so we are never going back again.
