Very good service. I had the Trinity, just a few things about this, apples do not belong in coleslaw. The potato salad had no flavor, and the potatoes were undercooked. The beans weren't very good either. The driest brisket I have ever had, and the ribs were lackluster. The best things on the plate, were the hot link, and the pickles.the sauce was good, and necessary to get the brisket down. You shouldn't have to moisten your brisket with sauce in order to eat it.

Really Good BBQ, love the ease of the take out and the family packages offered. It has been a Pleasant Hill staple for years. I love the rockers on the front porch. We enjoy getting food ToGo and have never been disappointed. Their sides are really good and consistent. Check the Web for coupons.

I have only been here 2 times. First impression is that it is a pretty cool place and has a nice bar area with tables as well. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions easily.

First time i got an appetizer called PIG WINGS. They were very delicious but quite expensive. On my second trip I was very disappointed to find out they were no longer serving them...that's the main reason i came back.

The pork ribs were cooked well, had a slight tug off the bone, sauce was nice and mellow and smokey. Meat had lots of good smoke flavor. I would get them again. Only negative to the ribs are the fact that they don't take that extra step to pull the tough layer off the back side of the bones.

The beef brisket I ordered juicy. I was disappointed in the flavor of the brisket, but it was very juicy and tender. I prefer Armadillo Willys brisket way more than theirs.

Overall i would go back, but it won't be a regular drive for me.

Very good Texas BBQ. I went to Austin a year ago and this reminded me of that visit. I had the prime rib sandwich and I could taste the benefit of the 14 hours they spent on smoking the meat. Their BBQ was amazing as well. The for came out incredible quick as well.

Excellent BBQ. Prepare to walk a good distance though for street parking. The parking lot only holds about 25 cars. Prices are really good too. Nice atmosphere. We had them cater our wedding and it was outstanding!
