Steel Smokin BBQ & Catering

I've eaten in the best BBQ joints in the country from Texas to north Carolina and I will put steel smoking BBQ right up there with the best BBQ in the country....

Fantastic! Had them cater a party for 22 folks and could not have been happier. Presented well, on time, and just bloody delicious! The Tri-Tip especially impressed me. It's tough to not overcook Tri-Tip and keep it warm when serving a group...They Did! Thanks Jim.

Can you say HOME RUN!?

Recently had a work team BBQ and honestly I was going back and forth with two other caterers who were both difficult at best to work with. This led me to YELP and Steel Smokin BBQ. Based on the customer reviews I made the call, and that made all the difference.

Jim is a true professional. Made choosing the menu simple, provided extremely reasonable pricing, and his follow-up and communication was timely. Mind you, Jim was able to turn all of this around on three days notice.

My group is still talking about the food. The ribs, brisket, and chicken were all outstanding. Best of all he delivered to our event!

I absolutely recommend.
