    One of the best chain poke bars. Try the brown rice/Salad combo with your choice of fish and toppings with mango and avocado. The fish is fresh and there are lots of toppings to choose from.

    I was in Lafayette for soft opening of Batch & Brine. Event was done early and I still had time to kill and made the drive to WC. After parking car I wanted slice of cheesecake, then spotted Poke Bar with tricolor balloons. They gave me a deal for being best customer at other locations. I went for small with ahi tuna and salmon over brown rice. There wasn't many people at the time, but soon they follow. Staff was quick to get my order asking if I ever had poke before. Boy did I ever. Both protein we're fresh and pack with flavors. I wanted spicy aioli as sauce of choice, but clerk talk me into mixing it up with house sauce. Glad she said that because it was even tastier.

    Made it to the grand opening. Everything was fresh and tasted really great. The seaweed salad was really great and the amount of protein you get is a thumbs up from me. Everyone was really friendly and helpful
