First time here and definitely will be back! We stopped in for brunch and we're glad we did. For what we got we paid a good price, $16 for enough to feed two people is a good deal. We got the brisket plate with pulled pork and chicken to go with it and potatoesalad and hummus for the two sides. The brisket had a great bark and smoke ring and it was very tender and juicy. The pork and chicken were just as juicy and tender.
One thing to keep in mind when you go, the hummus has a kick to it, not in a bad way but it can build some serious heat in the back of your throat after a few bites. We found it to be a great mix for any of the proteins and the rice that comes with the plate. All in all, just a great experience and looking forward to going back for more.
Wow! I ordered the Brisket plate and it was enough meat for two! Super tender and juicy and lots of it! Crazy good! The baked beans and coleslaw were excellent, had I known I would have asked for double on the sides and less meat. Had delivered by DoorDash to my hotel. Took 15 min!
One of the best bbq meals that I’ve had period. Ordered the combo: brisket, pork chop, and pulled pork. All were cooked perfectly, and the sides were delicious as well. 100% worth checking out.
Second time stopping by on our way through the area, Art's is just exceptional. We will absolutely stop every time we pass through and you should too if you like BBQ! Food is high quality, service exceptional, and the value for the amount of food they serve is amazing! You definitely won't go away hungry.
Don’t let the small size of the place mislead you. The BBQ is great. While traveling with the wife we stopped here. Unfortunately they were out of brisket but we got a combo of everything else. The chicken is amazing. The ribs are juicy and fall off the bone. They pile everything onto a healthy serving of rice. The sides we tried, baked beans, coleslaw, and potatoe salad, were okay. But you don’t go to bbq for sides.
