“After reading the reviews and checking the place out for myself a few times, I think the diversity of reviews portrays an accurate picture of this place. Pros: Beer is good with many options. They also have beers from other breweries (my favorite was from one of those). Of the three breweries I tried in Placerville, I like the beer here best. Food is good (burger, clam chowder, fries). Staff checked in on us regularly but I could see them easily getting backed up and patrons feeling ignored if the place got busy. Back patio was nice and worth revisiting. Cons: Clam Chowder was served cold. It tasted fantastic, and I don't care if they had to microwave it to heat it up (ordered at 2:30pm), but it was room temperature when served to me. When asked to have it reheated, it came back warmer, but not hot. Overall I enjoyed the place and will return if I'm in Placerville again.”

“The brisket here is amazing. It was better two years ago, but even with the drop in quality it's still 5 stars. Their other meats are good too but all I really care about is the brisket. Corn bread is good, and so is the honey butter. Cole Slaw and beans are also decent, but the beans are a style I'm not too thrilled with. Staff is accommodating and they take phone orders. My daughter requests I pick up Hog Wild when I'm driving through Placerville (we live 3 hours away).”

These staff members are impeccable. I had an order that accidentally included a soft drink, which I asked the manager to take off. Such a minor detail, but I was short on funds. The manager courteously and swiftly fixed it up -- and treated the rest of my group awesomely. 5 full stars.”

“This Chipotle is the most convenient for us, so we visit here regularly. If I remember to, I try and order online as it can get pretty busy. When you order online you don’t have to wait in line, just go right to the cashier and boom, done. Today I ran in around 5pm. Nobody there. Super fast. Parking was easy. Staff is usually courteous and helpful. I have picky eaters and it’s nice to be able to custom tailor everything, even if it’s just the basic rice, beans and cheese in a bowl. They even add extra rice or beans if asked. Restaurant is usually kept pretty tidy. We love Chipotle.”
