“The atmosphere and architecture in the building was extremely pretty. The brick and the wood were great to look at. They have both high and low tables for seating. I sat at a high table and the place was roughly 1/3 of the way full and my food took more than 40 minutes to get out from ordering. I ordered a burrito. The burrito itself was okay, nothing wow, but still good nonetheless.”

“I was really surprised by this place. It was such a last minute lunch stop. Totally worth it. The wait staff is really nice and polite. It is a quiet restaurant so it is easy to talk to your table mates or just get some peace and quiet by yourself. The Pho is really amazing and surprisingly simple which gives it this nice charm. The music they play is also interesting but not invasive. Overall great ambience and food. Also had the strawberry with jelly slushie. Reminded me of those smoothie fruit snacks I got as a kid.”

“I remember that when I started going, more then 10 years ago, it was the place I always wanted to go eat. The food was delicious and the cooks where entertaining to watch. They kept the conversation a life the whole time they cooked. Now, how ever, they seem to have lost the reason to cook. You may count yourself lucky if you get an older gentleman too cook, because they still keep the older tradition and make the time there exciting. For example, my birthday is one week before mother's day. My family took me there, because it has been my favorite place for years, since I first went there. We had an older gentleman who made our meal a great time as he cooked. We went again yesterday, for mother's day, and the young gentleman we had, came out cooked and left. Very unsatisfying, since half of the reason we go there is for the entertainment. All in all, the food was great, as always, but I which we did not have to wait and see who is cooking to know if we will have fun while we eat. This place stood out because its unique way of cooking, but seems to lack on its uniqueness at the moment.”
