“Don't be afraid to micromanage your order. Don't let them throw your food together like a tossed salad. Instruct them how much portion you want (too much rice, more avocado, etc...) and systematically have them build your food in the order of toppings you want. It really changed the taste profile. When you do that, it's amazing. If you don't, your burrito looks like a tossed salad and usually falls apart.”

“I ordered from the kiosk today, sat down and awaited my lunch. An employee came over and let me know that they were out of broth for the broth bowls. Since I didn't want anything else, I was pretty disappointed. However, he kindly cancelled the order and gave me my drink for free. Not a perfect experience but the customer service was on point. Also, I highly recommend mixing their black tea with their blood orange lemonade .”

“They had such creamy chocolate. My husband and I stopped here during date night. We tried the chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered gummy worms for our daughter. And the chocolate wasn't too sweet. The strawberries were very yummy. We tried the dark, milk, and white chocolate. I think the white was called tiger chocolate. I can't remember, but it was all good. They charge by weighing the goods.”

And all the sauces they give you are perfect. Also there is this cucmber salad that you get with the tri-tip and its very sweet and tangy and perfect for the combo. I will definitely return.
