Japhy's Soup & Noodles

I have ordered the Thai chicken curry here on a monthly (and sometimes weekly) basis since 2016. It is fantastic. Put some Thai chili paste in to your liking of spiciness and your tastebuds are in for a treat. One of the rare food joints that is CONSISTENTLY good. Always fresh veggies in the curry, including zucchini, carrots and cilantro. The chicken are typically in big clumps, falling apart to perfection on the fork.

The is a hidden gem of a restaurant with outstanding hardy soups in oversized bowls. Large menu with mix and match options made fresh to order. Quick service. They have odd hours, often closed when I want to dine there, so it's extra special when I can.

Well holy moly me oh my, this place is DELICIOUS. I got the hot soup, with ramen noodles, miso, the baked pork (SO FLAVORFUL) and veggies, and I’m not ashamed to say it, but I did not take a single breath in between bites. This ramen was SO GOOD, I’d come all the way from Phoenix Arizona to cali JUST for this ramen. The people were nice, the restaurant is very clean and well decorated. I enjoyed my stay so so much. I got the green curry as well (for a late night feast) and if the quality is anything like the noodles, I’m ready to fall in love with this Curry as well.
