“My husband really wanted to go here while we were on vacation a couple of weeks ago because we don't have Round Table back home. I was really excited to try it but we left pretty disappointed. I got an iced tea out of the fountain and it tasted like the concentrate was past due to be changed and the bathroom was a disaster. I generally don't like to complain about cleanliness but it was bad, one toilet was clogged with a wad of TP and a half flushed seat protector, the other stall had trash overflowing from the can and strewn on the floor. While the cleanliness aspect was disappointing, we did enjoy the food. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was not only delicious but was also served promptly. If I had to do it again, I'd probably just order takeout but the staff was friendly and the food was good.”

“This place is so family friendly, and comfortable as soon as you walk in the door! The food is amazing as well, my kids got Mac and cheese and pop corn chicken (I may have sampled some haha) it was really good! I got myself the crab fettuccine and it's some of the best I've had in a while❤️ It wasn't over powered by to many different flavors. I will stop by here every time I'm in town”

“Counter service excellent. Greeted by cooks upon entry. Guided through menu selection. Turkish meatball sandwich and some other sandwich, both excellent. Served with side sauces, chili and taziki. “The place is lovely. A fountain greets, the glass is etched with scenes like swimming koi. The booths look warm and inviting with nice wood and red seats. Currently, they will make up boxes of anything you like in which you pay about $6/lb for unless it's mostly seafood, which you pay $8/lb for. You are welcome to take it home or eat in. I honestly hope they go back to a traditional buffet soon. I don't like telling someone else what I want and I feel I don't get to try everything they have to offer because I can't just see it and grab a tiny bit on a whim. They are still worth the visit. My family likes to load up our boxes really full for at least 2 meals of munching.”

“When I've ordered breakfast, it reminds me of how my grandma used to cook. Tasty, yummy, filling comfort food. I've had lunch there a few times. The deli style cold sandwiches are good. They can get busy durning lunch time. If you order a hot lunch and your pressed for time, you may have to eat fast. They do make good pastry's, pies, desserts & sweets. The staff is friendly. Service is good but it seems like things would flow a lot smoother if they had 1 or 2 more employees during the breakfast & lunch rush. To sit down I've had to bus my own table a few times. I've had to wait longer than normal for someone to be available to take my order or for my food to arrive. The amount of food you get is fair but the prices are on the higher side. Over all, the place appears to be clean, food is usually good, the wait time can be a little long & cost of some dishes & items are a little pricey.”

“One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. The crust was crispy and thin. Good amount of tomato sauce. The cheese melted perfectly. Nice edge crust with some garlic butter I think. A great pizza. I got a little flustered over the difference between a medium pizza and a 12-inch pizza. I learned there is no universal "small," "medium," "large" with pizza. A medium could be whatever-inch the restaurant makes it. My social skills have declined in the last decade and more rapidly in the last few years. Dutchy's has a 12-inch and then a larger size (18-inch?). It's great pizza. The staff are friendly and helpful. I got a half cheese and half pepperoni.”

“This place never disappoints. Their burgers are bomb and their cocktails are strong. They have a variety of brews on tap for the beer connoisseurs. There is a jukebox and the music can be a little too much in the large space with bupkis for acoustics. I sit at the bar or the left hand side (facing the front door) of the place or outside on the fenced patio if the weather isn’t being dumb.”

“Good food . Fresh and quality . Wonderfull people work here. But both times I went there recently they either served me meat or got my order very wrong ,im vegan and very clear about it . But I guess shrimp is not meat? And in the confusion multiple trips back to the counter to get my order fulfilled. Then the next time a got the 4 taco plate and received tortillas and beans . Nothing else . I gave it back then I never received it again...waited 15 min and asked and he had set it Down near the kitchen thinking I would come find it . Well the warmish tacos were still yummy ....but next time I go I'm checking everything at the time of service”

“Absolutely loved this place! The bowls come in a pretty big portion, enough that I have leftovers for another meal. We got the broccoli "beef" and the teriyaki cutlet and both were amazing. The fried oreos were really good too, there's lots of batter surrounding the oreo so they're bigger than I thought they'd be. I'd recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans alike, I think the food would appeal to everyone even if they aren't vegan.”

“I was recommended the chicken shawarma and it was absolutely delicious. I have not eaten many gyro meals in my life but this was absolutely amazing. The chicken, sauce, and picked vegetables all coming together was delicious. I have low tolerance for spice and this was a little spicy but I was honestly worth it. In addition, I got the seasoned fries and it was the perfect thing to get. By eating the fries in between bites of shawarma the seasoned fries acted as a pallet cleanser of sorts allowing me a fresh taste of shawarma at every bite. I for one, am glad for another ethnic restaurant in arcata. I enjoyed eating here and looking at some local hand crafted stamp art on the walls. Please continue to support this local business because I certainly will.”
