Love this place. The Bar is to die for. Love the 🍸 Martinis. The food is excellent so full of flavor. I got a chaser salad which the dressing was spot on my hubby got the fish which is baked in a brick oven which was delish and we got a few appetizers which I truly enjoyed💯👍🍸
Not my type of place but maybe I am the wrong target audience.
Not sure if the interior is just run-down or shabby-chic. The *room acoustics is plain horrible* and it is difficult to have a conversation (including talking to the staff).
The menu is just too small, especially for families with kids (I don't have kids, just assuming).
I consider the food good but not exceptional.
Another minor issue is that they do not offer modern and safe smartphone-based payment options such as GooglePay or ApplePay.

Not part of the review: I asked for a lean steak 🥩 but I was a bit disappointed, see picture.
We stopped in for an early dinner on a Wednesday around 5:15 so the restaurant was pretty vacant. Most of the bar seats were taken, but only a couple table of diners during our visit. The staff were great. Very friendly. Very attentive. Very accommodating of my wife's allergies. They even had a laminated menu with all the gluten-free options highlighted. The food was tremendous. I had the local sole picatta and loved it. My wife ordered the duck and had nothing but rave reviews. Good cocktails as well. It's a pricey menu, but we would definitely come back.
The only thing that lacked for me was the atmosphere. I found the restaurant to be a little boring. The bar is pretty, but outside of that it's just plain. Some people might love this, but it wasn't for me.
Probably the best steak I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. Most restaurants steaks are just ok, but this place knocked it out of the park. The portion was very good size, was expensive (49) but honestly worth it. Homemade Demi glacé underneath and it was just delicious. Service was delightful as well.
511 has a beautiful modern and artistic interior.
The food and drinks can also be deemed art for the eyes and the pallet.
Welcoming and friendly local vibe.
