Humboldt Smokehouse

Everything was delicious! Quick service too despite one worker. She recommended the Cadillac burrito and it did not disappoint. Loved the mustard bbq sauce with it. Will definitely be back!

This was smokin good!!! See what I did there. Found this little gem as we were Nomading our way back from Mazatlãn MX and pulled over with our trailer and truck for a bite to eat. So flavourful. I had the charred ends meal. Nom nom. We didn’t have any leftovers. That’s indicative of how nummers our meals were. Take out or dine in.

I'd go again, want to see if the burnt ends are good. They were out of a few sides I wanted and the beans were not great. I wanted the BBQ sauce to have more of a kick too

Loved it! Great staff. Porkbelly and brisket were exceptional. Tried all the sauces, liked the spicy and the mustard based ones best.
Ordered the Mac and cheese advertised as Applewood smoked, sadly it was not.

Took a gamble and tried this place again after a disappointing experience awhile back. It was a response from the owner that prompted me to give it another shot. That and someone I know had just got a Caddilac earlier and reminded me how good it is. The Cadillac I got this time was more like it. I will come back because the hot mama sounds too good to resist.
