Arrived here at 11:05 on a Friday. No one else was in the facility. I didn't mind waiting, as the only associate I could see was cutting pizza. He let me know he would be with me. 8 minutes later, DoorDash pickup arrived. He conducted that order. Still hadn't taken my order. I've been inside the building roughly 8-10 minutes, by the point. Someone else entered the building; smart enough to have made their order ahead of time. They got their pizza(s) = 3. At 13 minutes in the building, he finally took my order. Mind you, about 6 minutes in, he asked order (so he knew I wanted a all meat pizza), but it was never started. My order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes, however. I understand how food works and baking time. However, from the time I walked into the building (which I was the only person in), to the time I walked out: 43 minutes.
