“Open at 7, so this is an early start place with great service and items. Bread, eggs, chorizo and pastries with an excellent bear claw with real marzipan served in brown paper trays, bags and napkins. Espresso and three hot pots of coffee self serve in paper cups. Cultural icons, smooth jazz and old brick walls make up the ambiance. Good options for most diets.”

“This review is long overdue! My bf and I had spent the night in Arcata and decided to grab some breakfast before we left. Wow what a great decision that was. To begin, we walked in and not two mins later there was a line out the door-we missed the crowd. We chatted with the very nice people in line and looked at all the wonderful breads. As we were paying for our bagel sandwiches one of the staff members gives us the loaf of bread we were admiring! Already enjoying the atmosphere that seemed palpably aligned, we ate our food. The bread melted in our mouths, the bagels were delicious and crafted with good ingredients and their chai was the best I’ve ever had. We love this place and think about it often. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Los Bagels for a wonderful memory.”

“This place was so great I came back the very next day. Day 1 we got the vegan Mac and cheese and vegan McGriddle sandwich. Day 2 we got the vegan nachos and enchiladas. All four meals were delicious! Super flavorful, very large portions, fresh ingredients.”

“This place is a classic. It's a whole vibe. Late night munchies. Get the spicy chicken masterpiece and don't look back. If they're out of that get the don's delight with chicken and it's essentially the same thing. Wash it down with a donut and ice cream. You're welcome.”

“Kind of on the pricey side, (the yogurt and topings are sold by weight) but delicious! The staff is friendly as well. There are so many topings to choose from to put over like 10 varieties of frozen yogurt. My wife and I enjoyed it!”

“I'm always on the hunt for vegan frozen desserts; not the biggest fan of sorbet, but they always have one vegan flavor. The watermelon sorbet blew me out of the water in terms of texture and flavor. Pleasantly surprised. Maybe one day someplace in the county will have cultured vegan froyo! I can dream.”

“SUCH a delicious cafe. Outstanding pastries - I cannot recommend the chocolate croissant heated up more highly. Also the lattes are lovely, including their chai which is a local blend.”

“At the time we had been there, there were no many options to be seen, we ordered a Rueben and a bagel with cream cheese. My husband ate so fast the sandwich, that I had no time to take the pic, it was fresh and delicious. Probably before pandemics had a cozy look, now there are wood tables to sell inside the place.”

“Great mochas, and the kids said that their hot chocolate was the best they have ever had. I tried the Mexican mocha (amazing), and the white mocha (really, really good). The only downfall is that the drinks are priced for 1 shot, additional shots are extra (all sizes come standard with 1 shot only). I didn't mind paying for an additional shot, as the coffee was of the highest quality, and was smooth, full of flavor, and flat out delicious The avocado toast was a hit with my 11 year old as well. The owner and staff are super friendly and inviting.”
