“The great outdoor service nestled unexpectedly in the high Sierras offers some magical secret Chef food ("Chef Keith" I think...) that will blow your mind! Try the breakfast sandwich AND / or the sourdough waffle in the morning and chase it down with the chicken wings at lunch! (Grab a "395" beverage from Mammoth at High Country Market to compliment any meal.)”

“Location location location. We usually tent camp in the Sierras, so having an efficiency cabin up so high, near the creek, with food we could order, and a super helpful staff was a TREAT. Not fancy, and they don't pretend to be, but definitely a nice place. Unplug and unwind at 8800 feet. Then go hike a mountain and jump in a lake! Return in time for a plate of pulled pork Cowboy Tacos!”

“Probably one of the best pizza I’ve ever had. We stopped here on our way to San Francisco for a quick lunch/dinner. Excellent service, warm welcoming, polite staff. The quality of the food is great , fresh and tasty. Worth the wait (around 40-45 minutes for 2 pizzas) and the money. You can sit inside or there are picnic tables outside at the back to enjoy your food. Also restrooms are super clean. Highly recommend it.”

“Found this little treasures years ago when it was just a food truck like place. Outstanding BBQ then and continues to produce great food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quick service. Plenty of meat to choose from. Ribs, Brisket, and tri tip are my favorites. This stop I had the Tri tip meat plate with a side of green chili. Meat was smoked to perfection. I did dip an occasional piece in the sauce. Green Chilli was flavorful with a little heat. They used to have a vending machine that you could buy smoked meat from (they said it should bee here soon again). Definitely worth the stop when on Highway 395.”
