    Great food for great prices. In a perfect place to see & great place for a drive-thru plenty of space.

    The customer service was great. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Part of my order wasn't cooked as advertised, they took it back and gave me a new order, without charge.
    They wanted to make sure my dining experience was good.
    They were welcoming and thanked us for coming in.
    I was impressed.

    The employees were so courteous and very attentive. They came around to each customer asking how was our meal and if we needed anything, like ketchup or napkins. We ordered chicken strips that were very good. The zucchini needed to be fried to extra crispy so as not to be mushy, which it was the first time.

    This place was wonderful. My respect with their cleanness of the restaurant, restrooms, the food was great and the employees were great! Thank you for such a wonderful visit.

    5 stars for a downtown Carl’s Jr. - I have only eaten inside twice and both times were great experiences. Clean floors clean tables clean soda machine. This location is super convenient if you’re downtown Bakersfield. I have used the drive-thru a handful of times and each time had a great experience. Carl’s Jr. isn’t a cheap fast food restaurant so it’s nice getting quality food and great service. If you’re in the area you might want to stop by, you surely won’t be disappointed here!
