(January 16, 2019, 4:46 pm)I had the tonkotsu ramen and the broth is silky and very flavorful. The pork is very satisfactory too, thin and fatty. The noodles is just okay though. Egg is spot on.

(November 28, 2018, 7:33 pm)The ramen here is really good & so is everything else! Fried squid on cabbage, skewered pork belly, steak robata & cold beer in a friendly atmosphere. The Santa Anita restaurant is very casual & the servers could not be nicer. Little did I know that while sitting at Din Tai Fung, the food I like better was right across the walkway! The Backhouse will now be a great new routine for me & my wife every time we visit this mall.

(November 11, 2018, 9:28 pm)the food is lovely, and the portions are actually what people are supposed to eat, opposed to the gargantuan American™ portion sizes. lovely atmosphere, great for family dining and a nice lunch with friends. service was timely and polite. would definitely return to enjoy the miso and baked salmon roll!!
