“Finally!! Yes!!! I'm so happy! After going to 3 different Starbucks last week and no luck I was scared to ask for the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin! It's my favorite!!! But it's only seasonal for Fall. They only get a certain amount in their shipments and they're always sold out! So lucky I scored today here in Arcadia next to Vons! BTW: Nolan (front counter) and Kameron (Barista) were super friendly and beautiful smiling faces from the time I walked in.... And I bought the last muffin to let my mom try!”

“I ordered a Thai Tea 🍵 to go. Their service was great, very friendly and efficient. It’s 3 stars because the Thai Tea only tastes like slightly sweet milk. There is no flavor . They just opened so I’m that their staff learning so I’m sure other peoples drinks will be better than what I got.”

“Used to be Tapioca Express but the menu doesn't change much 😉 This is my childhood snacks place when I used to walk home from the high school. Same good old popcorn chickens and fried snacks with boba drinks🧋 Better deals to get the combo so you can get a drink and bento box (choices of meat with minced meat rice, a tea egg & vege) with it 🍱 I hope this place stays in Arcadia as long as it can because it has history that's for sure 😉”

“Love the tasty bakery treats and drinks. We got about 6 different pastries to try and loved all of the. We got the buns that were filled with like a cream cheese filling. We also tried the smoothies and they had great flavor. We have yet to try the cakes or savory items but they look delicious. They also have a nice little sit down area like a cafe to enjoy your sweet treats or even bring your laptop to do some work. It's a bit noisy so maybe not serious studying.”

“Best egg tarts ever. There are three styles of egg tarts - traditional shortbread crust, Portugese, & flaky crust, all with creamy and smooth egg custard. We also like their breads. My 11 yr-old likes everything here, but I prefer JJ’s pineapple buns. Kee Wah has the most adorable gifts - tins decorated with supercute pandas, koalas, penguins, and more, hold yummy pastries inside. This is a great place to get gifts. Really kind and attentive service - we come here at least 4-6 times per month to buy bread. The staff is generally nice.”

Everything is good but wished the 菠萝油 (pineapple cluster bun with butter) has a real slice of butter instead of just butter spread. Milk tea is bottomless! Which was AMAZING!”

“One of the better Half and Half locations. Lots of parking, rarely full, massive toppings selection, and helpful staff. And of course, tasty milk tea! t'was also the first Half and Half location I noticed the emphasis on wooden, down-home, kind of charming decor at, as opposed to the somewhat more modern decor that dominates the Monterey Park and the San Gabriel locations (or the City of Industry ones, too).”
