(January 28, 2019, 10:24 pm)Time to try something different went to El Pollo Loco picked up the $20 family meal I was able to use a coupon to get free nachos my family and I enjoyed the meal El Pollo Loco will now become one of our regular fast food stops my wife likes it because it's more healthy then what we normally eat

(December 1, 2018, 5:22 pm)I get better service here during the day. Overall the staff are very nice, but night staff are usually slow and incompetent. I went for dinner once and after ordering a salad and waited for my order, I was told that they did not have ingredients for my order. It was very frustrating. But overall, store is always clean and they have for customer service.
