“Ran into this joint at the side of the road near Bicycle Casino Resort completely by accident, and I was happy we stopped by. The owner was very friendly, giving us recommendation while tending the big spit and flipping fresh tortillas on the grill. We ordered four tacos, asada and al pastor, just to try the food, and it was mind-blowing. The meat was hot and flavourful, the garnish were refreshing, and the lime gave the right kick. Before long, we ordered another four tacos, as the chicken and brisket had finished cooking, and the second set of tacos were as flavourful as the first. It is worth mentioning that their tacos may lean more on the expensive side when compared to their peers. However, it is also worth mentioning that between the quality of the food and the passion displayed by the owner, we would gladly pay to enjoy great food, even in humble settings.”

“Some of the best mole in town. I used to go to the Sunland location before it burned down. I fell in love with the wide variety of mole options and wonderful tortillas they served. When I heard Rocio was able to open a new location in Bell Gardens, I drove all the way from Studio City to go there. So so worth it! The mole sampler is a great way to start your meal. Over the years, I've tried most of the mole offerings. You honestly can't go wrong. The flavors are wonderful and complex. I highly recommend it!”

Came here by accident the first time and loved it. Come here for all special occasions now. Food is a little pricey but they give a lot so it kind of evens out.
