    I've been following the chef/owner, Tom, fo a number of years now. Since before he opened up Boss.
    There is no questioning of the quality of the fish he brings in for the restaurant. His creative dishes exhibit the many global influences he's been exposed to and shine through without use of the dark & sweet teriyaki sauce.
    His fusion style is true to the word while still maintaining a sense & style to his Japanese roots.

    I heard great things about this place. Great sushi....but not that special as people make it out to be.
