I’ve past by this stall many times on the Wilshire La Cienega intersection and was surprised to see Heroic Italian took it over. I’ve had their sandwiches at the original Santa Monica location and really liked them so I’m glad it’s closer to me. Great crunchy, ciabatta made in house with imported Italian cured meats. Probably one of the best sando’s in the city.

Fresh Italian sandwiches at a small standalone in Beverly Hills. Came here on Sunday right at opening, and the employee working was super sweet and helpful. Street parking is available via La Cienega, and I snagged a spot by the park and walked down (free on Sundays). I did notice a couple of cars park right next to the building on the tiled area when they were picking up their food, although they left immediately after receiving their orders. A friend had previously recommended the OMG sandwich (from the Santa Monica location) and so I was eager to try it.

Credit cards are accepted (no cash). There’s two tables outside the restaurant, although most people seemed to opt for takeout. The OMG sandwich was a good size to share with another person. I opted for a spicy sandwich, and it packed just the right amount of heat. The bread was airy and clearly fresh; the meat and veggies were in the right combination. The chips were also great - I liked the uniformity of the thinness, and they were a great complement to the meal. My mom was a big fan as well, and she’s pretty picky about her sandwiches. Got a cappuccino as well, which was appropriately strong and not too sweet. You’d have never guessed that a stellar Italian sandwich spot was in this little spot, but I’m glad that this is in Beverly Hills!

Exceptional food at a fantastic price. We had the omg, Genoa and both soups. All were fantastic and the sandwiches are next level. I’m so happy they have now opened in Beverly Hills. Such a great little restaurant.
