Viva Rancho Cantina

OKAY Mexican food, good Margaritas. Tends to be loud in there, even on the weekdays. In the afternoon. It's quieter if you sit in the back room, and from there you can see the horses walk by on their way to the trails (if you like that sort of thing ^_^). Its always been a little bit dirty when I've gone in, but the servers are attentive and have always been nice to me.

I've been going to Viva Cantina since before the days of Stadium Polo at the Equestrian Center. I enjoy their food, love the entertainment and feel at home in the bar. I don't mean to oversell it, but it's my first choice for Mexican food.

Iconic great live music, great Mexican, great drinks, casual, shared seating, 2 stages, also outside seating. Next to equestrian center, park across street at bowling alley. New owners are marvelous. no cover. Come enjoy the vibe. Friendly.
Check whose playing or just come.there's always a choice of entertainment. Good for parties or spontaneous night out.

Cutest little hangout spot! Right beside the Los Angeles Equestrian Center. You can even tie your horse up on the side after riding on the trails. Love this place so much. Happy hour is amazing. They have fantastic margaritas, live music, and delicious food.

Amazing experience. Great place, great people. It's walking distance from where I live so I enjoy walking over there for the shows they hold. The first time I went in I was only getting a drink at the bar and the bartender was great. They were out of bar stools so the host politely told me to get a chair from the other bar so I did and everybody was great. The second time was when my parents came to visit and we went to one of the shows where a big band was performing. Great service throughout, great music, beautiful atmosphere, and nothing but good vibes. I'm starting to wonder if I should go there every Wednesday might just for the music. I highly recommend this place, the food, service, music and atmosphere is no doubt 5 stars.
