“I tried this place for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I sampled some of the soups and they were delicious. They have cauliflower, pot pie, asparagus and a couple others. Very tasty. I love soup so I'll be coming here more often. I ordered a burrito they call it something else but I can't remember the name. It had black bean puree, cucumbers, avocado, green peppers, romaine lettuce with spinach flour tortilla. What made the burrito special was that homemade sauce you can add to it. Very good. They also have fruit smoothies which I need to try. Very cute-ly decorated place. Decent prices. Very nice friendly workers. They have outdoor seating. I'll definitely be coming back.”

“Had their red velvet waffle. The waffle itself isn't super sweet and has a nice, subtle flavor, but something they put on it (almost like cheesecake) is extremely sweet. So if you got a sweet tooth, give it a try. The wraps looks good, so I'll give that a try next time I'm back in Cali.”

“Every pizza I've gotten from here was amazing! This last Friday I got the veggie no-cheese pizza (for health reasons). Great chewy crust on the thin side. The veggies were mostly fresh- broccoli, peppers, onions, artichokes?, fried eggplant, and tomatoes. They gave me an italian dressing to pour over it- it was really good! The chicken wings were spicy and large (the blue cheese dressing, however, was a CLUMP of blue cheese and I could barely dip, but they brought a spare so no big). The small antipasto salad was a decent portion for two, and had a good meat-cheese-veggie ratio. The waiters were prompt though it took a bit to get the check. I do wish they had closed the door as it was chilly, but THEY were moving around a lot so it was probably warm for them, so I cant be mad at them for that ????♀️”

“I loved the ambiance. Met a friend for lunch at 12:30 - probably its peak time. It was packed. I used the valet parking $6. We were there for about 2 hours chatting and in the first hour, we were practically shouting since it was so loud in the restaurant. I had the Chinese chicken salad. I didn't like it all that much because I didn't like the way the chicken was prepared - kinda stringy in texture and chewy. The salad portion was surprisingly large though. I couldn't finish it. It also could have used more dressing. I would not order again, but I'm curious to try other items on the menu like a sandwich or come back here for breakfast/ brunch. Overall, classy decor and trendy vibe. Would probably return here to try new things or have a bite with a friend.”

“Novo Cafe was right next door to our hotel. We wanted something close and could not have been more amazed at the food and service. We were not expecting anything fancy, instead we got one of the most refined Italian meals we have had in a very long time. The bread sticks with cheese we're perfectly executed. The bread was still crisp with just the right amount of chewiness on the inside. The pastas were freshly made in house and you can tell. The sauces complimented the pasta flawlessly. The wait staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The outside seating area is a must on a gorgeous day.”

My favorite is the All beef bacon street dog. You have to get the pretzel bun otherwise what’s the point? It’s all perfectly cooked, not greasy and bacon is pretty thick, I crave this now ever since I tried it and weirdly enough their grilled onions are delicious! Makes in-and-out grilled onions taste terrible. Not a fan of their lemonade with real fruit drinks though, too sweet for my taste. But fries taste real, that’s what counts ????????”

“My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere to eat Mediterranean food while on a bike ride. We really love places that are quick and easy and this place was exactly that. This is a restaurant where you order your food at the counter and then they deliver it to your table. (No servers) This is great when you don't wanna wait for a table or do not need served throughout your meal. The food was delicious and the service was great and speedy. I had a pita wrap with fries and a greek salad. Everything was fresh. After my meal I had a red velvet cupcake that was super moist! I definitely wanna go back for brunch and have a glass of wine on their patio.OH! They have a full coffee and dessert bar as well!”

“The restaurant is very nostalgic, nice and clean. Food its very tasty and portions are enough for the costs. After all, your paying for the ambiance too. My only complaint is regarding the service staff. They seemed to be bothered with issues behind the scenes and were not attentive to our group. They never asked if our food was ok, or if we needed anything. Our server reluctantly offered half of our group dessert. The other half of our table had to ask if we're aware going to be shown the desert tray. I will give this place another try. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for the service staff.”

“Frank is a Top-Notch server! This CPK has consistently Great service, quick and tasty food. Drink refills? Extra napkins for the kiddo(and grandpa????)? More bread? Extra plates? He anticipated and obliged. We felt supremely well taken care of. Lots of smiles, zero complaints. And all this right after the lunch rush to boot! The whole table agreed he was THE BEST server we've ever had! Perceptive, funny, and warm. If I see him on shift again next time, Ill ask specifically for his service area. Dining with a toddler can be challenging, but Frank made it easy peasy.”

“I was actually expecting a lot more from this place but overall, in comparison to Asian Box, I preferred Asian Box over this place, but my partner said this was better so to that, to each their own. It's not bad at all, just was expecting way more flavor here and it just didn't meet my expectations. I will say this though, their mango slaw and cucumber slaw were VERY refreshing and fresh and for that I gave them a higher rating than what I originally went with the night I had it.”
