The lady at the register was friendly but the cooks just goofed and fooled around with one another. It took 20 minutes for me to get my food. The bus boys kept all the tables wiped and clean. They do have a Coca-Cola dispenser with the touch screen so you can add flavors to any soda.”

“My parents and I decided to go to the "new" Norms in Carson. We were immediately seated and we got to leisurely look through the menu. Our server, Juan was very nice and friendly bringing our drinks, water and straws by request. We placed our orders and while we waited our drinks were refilled without us having to ask. While waiting for our food to arrive I noticed some corporate suits checking out the establishment behind the scene/counter. The manager did come by our table to see how our meal and service was. We did have a wait for our food but the restaurant was very busy and they had quite a few people waiting. We arrived a little after 10 am. Our order was served hot and the order was correct. Our meals were good and we had no complaints. Considering they've only been open since November the service and food were great! We'll be back.”
