good variety of food, specially for breakfast. sometimes busy and gets a little slow, but overall a good restaurant to go.

Went here on Thanksgiving. Decent holiday options (they were out of most varieties of whole pies but still had a couple choices that were appropriate for the holiday). Good sized crowd. Server was polite but terribly overworked - they were seriously short staffed!!
Consequently, the wait was awfully long. Food was very tasty with mostly decent sized portions (cranberry sauce was tiny).

Still, it's an ok choice if you happen to be in the area.

Cocos, please hire more holiday staff!

Had the special food was good. They brought over a salad since our food was delayed which was a nice gesture.

I love to come here after church I can get a breakfast menu & a lunch menu they have a healthier food selections then most places. I love getting a side of fruit or that fresh bread and butter. And when I want to eat badly the have waffles, pies, pancakes with whipped cream and whater fruit is in season yum.

Good food and of course they have great pies. I really liked our waitress Michelle. I would've given 5 stars, but my burger needed a little more flavor. The ingredients were good, but the patty needed some seasoning.
